I thought this was clear, but I need to make it more clear. NOTHING from this site in ANY WAY, not even lineart that you color can be used to make a doll maker or blinkie maker. END OF STORY. ANYONE caught doing so will be banned and ended.

Nothing from this site can be used AS IS in any manner. You can not make siggies and add them to your members area for them to give them add to THEIR Members area. You may not color anything in here and add it to your members area and then let your members add it to their mebers area for AS IS use. NOTHING on this site is for AS IS USE. Period.

I hope that is clear. Anyone caught doing that, will be banned and memberships completely revoked.

Your log in information is given to you for your sole purpose of accessing private information shared with YOU and you only. And redistrbution of this information to any other party will result in your membership being revoked without refund. This includes site owners who require a password to the site. If you are found to be sharing information that is viewable ONLY to logged in members, then you are held to these terms. Any breech in this will be a violation of our terms and you will be called out on it. We log usernames and passwords when they are entered along with IPaddress of each individual. I know who I have given what log in info to and for what reason.

Passwords will change every 3 months or if security of the site is at risk and are chosen at random by the site owner. ME. This is for several reasons but one is to protect our members information that is held in the site when you log in. There is no way around this and failure to comply will violate the terms of use and your membership will be terminated without refund. It also protects you that I have unique information about you and can not use your information to gain access into your membership areas, not that I would. But this has happened to others in the past which is why I put it here.

Any site owner who I hold a membership to that requires access to our site will be given a one day pass upon request to view the site. This can be done at any time by emailing the webmaster. A typical response should be under an hour unless we are of course, sleeping. You are held to all the terms of use while visiting our site. You are not to share any information about our site with anyone else. Even another site owner.

IF any site owner feels the need to contact us please do by using the form and contacting the webmaster. Anything sent through the form is copyright to BlinkieBlast and available for display on our site at any time. If you feel we have broken your terms, please be sure and have all the facts before you say anything harsh to Me. I will not tolerate our morning being spent defending my site when I have done nothing wrong.

You are held to these terms even if you have not read them so I suggest you do. We reserve the right to change these terms to protect ME the site owner, as well as you, I will post all changes to our terms in our Update group, which you are required to join upon being given access to the site. If you are not a member, then I can not be held responsible if you have not read the changes in our terms.

I will make these as simple and easy as possible. I know they are long. A copy will be sent to you when you are approved for membership. If you have any question about the terms please contact me at darcy@blinkieblast.com before applying for membership.

Here at Blinkieblast I have a few rules for myself and I will explain those at the end.
Your visit here is subject to these terms of use. You agree to them even if you have not read them. Your membership will be suspended or terminated if these terms are broken. There are no refunds given at any point in time.
General Rules:
You must have a website to be a member here.
Your site must have the 3 scripts: No right click, IE disable toolbar and No Grad and Drop. If you need these, I can send them to you in a zip folder. Even though people can get around them, its best to make them work at it.
Your site must be child safe. If my 4 yr old can not view it, then its not made for these images. And yes, I have a 4 yr old. :-P 2 for that fact!!
If you have a members area I may ask to see it so I can make sure rules are being followed. I will not use anything from your area, I can buy a membership if I want although I have to many as it is. If you are asked and fail to provide this, your membership will be suspended until this is worked out. If no resolution is made, I will terminate your membership without refund.
You must provide a link back with any images you use. This includes sigtags, adoptions, tube images, line art, premades. This can be a link with our logo, a text link or a logo sent with the tube pack you were given. This must be on every page. Remember this, its important.
You are not to share your password to anyone, even if its just to view the adoptable's. I approve each person by ip address and will be comparing them to make sure this does not happen. Your membership will be terminated immediately if I find this to have happened. No refunds will be given for any reason.
You may not alter anything available on this website in any way. This means changing colors, reshading, or resizing. They are all to be used AS IS (unless otherwise noted). They are not to be sold AS IS in any way. NOTHING on this site is for AS IS reasons.
You are to download images to your own computer. No direct linking.
Do not claim these graphics as your own.
Nothing on this website is free to take.
Be polite. Use the manners you were taught when you were being raised. Anyone who is found to be abusive will be banned from the site with no refund. This includes any off site bad mouthing of the site. It's not nice. I work hard to make this a pleasant place, and welcome advice and criticism. But I will not be abused by anyone.

If you have a problem or question please contact me. Rude emails will be deleted and memberships will be terminated. Pretty simple.

You agree to keep our logo on your page with a link back to us for as long as you are using or displaying any of our images.

If your membership is terminated you will stop using all our images and remove any from your site within 24 hours of being given notice. I hate walls of shame and do not want to make one. I will go to hosting companies and send them full copies of my directories to make sure you have not uploaded any of our content to your site. Its not hard to do.

Crafting and Printing
I didn't want to do this because I believe you can do in your own home what you want. But because we have line art from other sites as well as tubes and images from sites other than just ours, we are held to their rules as well. SO I will not offer this sort of license. Again, I cant stop you from doing what you want in your own home, but I can ask you to read the terms of all other sites that our images or line art comes from
Membership Application Rules:
Fill out all the forms fully. I will send back any application that is not complete.
If you have more than one website please list those in the comments.
It can take me up to 24 hours to activate your account, sometimes longer on holiday weekends. You will not be billed until your account is ready to be set up. If you have not heard from me, please, shoot us an email and one of us can find out where your membership email went.
You will get a payment request from Paypal. We will give you 48 hours to fill it out before we cancel it.
I ONLY accept paypal at this time and do not see that changing in the future.
Your IP will be logged when you apply for membership as well as every time you log in. Our scripts log your ip every time you request sig tags. Please note that this is done. It protects YOU as well as us.

I retain the right to refuse anyone I want membership. This is my lil place on the internet to share what I want to with speical people, and I do not have to allow anyone in my lil sandbox that I do not care for. I do not need to give you a reason, My answer of no should be clear enough.

All membership will be lifetime. Why? I have a ton of memberships and looked around and one of my favorites only allows lifetimes and she has one price. Her membership area rocks and she is indeed, a role model for the pixel world. I wanna be like Tami at Whimsy Attic.. if I could please.
Your membership is for the lifetime of this site. Not you or I. But this site has been here for 3 years now, I think I have established my ability to stay in one place for a while, and pay my hosting, and keep my memberships intact. There are no refunds given to anyone for any reason, and I do not take funds for membership to this site anylonger. I ask that anyone who is invited donate to the SUDC vs sending money to me. This is why I wanted to pixel. This is a hobby for me and not a business.
I do not agree to update the site on any regular basis and do so as my time allows and I am able to be creative. I am currently emailing out updates to members via email due to health issues. But I am working on getting everything caught up and redone, and all uploaded. It takes time, but that is why all memberships are lifetime.
Sigtag Special Rules:
Members are allowed to request 3 sig tags a week at this point. There are over 450 siggies now, and I am making more daily to add. Im on a 100 tag in 30day challenge for May 08!
You may use your requests for friends provided they link the tags back to BlinkieBlast.com
Requests are to made between Monday and Thursday. Any made after this time will be tossed into the next weeks pile to get done.
Tubes and Outlines Special Notice

Tubes have terms written ON the pages where you can purchase them from. You agree to these when you purchase them. Any tubes in our members area that are under certian restrictions will have them on the pages.

You may use the images inside the membership area for profit or personal use. We do have a general tube license for all members and a special character for purchase as well. You can not use these images as is. You must add to them, and more than text.
You are not to make a collection out of these images. You can not add them a cd collection or pass them through any groups. You can not make a new tube pack from them or sell them AS IS in any way.
Things you should know about us.. and what rules I have for MYSELF.
Have you ever joined a site that was "limited" lifetime memberships only to see them put them back on sale 3 weeks later at HALF the cost you paid?  Sometimes even less than half?
Have you ever seen a site sell tubes you loved, which you run and buy because they are "limited", and then they turn around and offer as is licenses so you see them in ALL your membership sites tube area?
Have you ever been a member to a site who can not deliver what you ordered but still puts out sale after sale begging for new members??
I have always refused to do any of these things. It's simple. I feel if I treat you with respect and promise not to lower our prices, charge you money to be my friend, to never run around and use this as my Drama fund, then you benefit from knowing you and everyone else is getting what they paid for. 
This site will not disappear one day. I held this site for more than a 4 years and now its being used for this. We started off with 3 site partners and have went our own ways. I feel it was for the best, and things have worked out like they should. Our standards were not the same, and that was obviously clear when the AS IS cycle went crazy. It is sad to loose friends, but I will not loose who I am for a pixel site.
Sure we all have times in our lives where we need to take a break and stop making. Some of us lose our Muse and need to find one. If I do take breaks, please know it is not to avoid pixeling. I love my lil place here, and want it to grow and be the best it can be. I want you to enjoy it. So please.. be respectful and have fun.
